( August 2, 2021, 19:23 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US International Trade Commission has determined that the US industry is materially injured by the imports of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from South Korea, Russia and Ukraine, which have been determined by the US Department of Commerce to be sold in the US at less than fair value. As a result of this determination, Commerce will issue an antidumping duty order on imports of these products from South Korea, Russia and Ukraine, and countervailing duty orders on imports of these products from South Korea and Russia.
