Cuilian Firefighting Equipment fined by China’s SAMR for non-notification of Jietong Fire Truck deal

( August 2, 2021, 01:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Cuilian (China) Firefighting Equipment Manufacturing has been fined 300,000 yuan ($46,433) by the State Administration for Market Regulation for failing to notify its acquisition of a 60 percent stake in Shenyang Jietong Fire Truck. According to a penalty decision dated July 5, 2021, the deal had met the notification threshold, but it had no anticompetitive impact.
