US lawmaker introduces bill making it easier for US FTC to issue regulations

FTC rulemaking is mostly governed by a more onerous set of procedures known as Mag-Moss. “For too long, the FTC has been hamstrung in its ability to promulgate effective rules of the road for consumers and penalize companies that harm our friends and neighbors.
