Uber-Autocab UK review deadline pushed back to March 29 by CMA

( February 2, 2021, 16:54 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK review of Uber Technologies' planned acquisition of GPC Computer Software and its subsidiaries, known as Autocab, has a new deadline of March 29, the Competition and Markets Authority said today. The deadline, when the authority will decide whether to open an in-depth inquiry into the deal, was previously set for March 26. Yesterday, the CMA extended its review because Autocab failed in an information request. The CMA said that information has now been provided.
