LyondellBasell, A. Schulman file paperwork for their deal in Brazil

Schulman, a global supplier of high-performance plastic compounds, composites and powders, according to a statement today. It is unknown whether the companies filed full-form or fast-track paperwork with the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE.
