Lanzhou urban management committee ends anticompetitive conduct after probe by Chinese regulator

The urban management committee’s practice directly restricted other qualified operators from competing in the market, the Gansu market regulator said in a statement. The committee has taken corrective measures to eliminate the anticompetitive impact of its practice.
