Telstra tells court that any Australian network-sharing deal between Optus and TPG would fail

In 2022, Australia’s antitrust regulator concluded that TPG would, without the proposed transaction, potentially enter into a roaming or network sharing agreement with Australia’s other major telecom provider, Optus.
