Judge throws out monopolization claims in NeilMed nasal-irrigation device case

( November 9, 2016, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler has dismissed Version2's claims that NeilMed Pharmaceuticals unlawfully monopolized the market for nasal irrigation devices. Beeler determined that Version2 failed to plausibly show that NeilMed's state-court lawsuit is a "sham" designed to block competition.
