The Manila Regional Trial Court had ruled on Sept. 16 that the money belonged to Dhaka. Hackers reportedly transferred $81 million from Bangladesh Bank's account at the New York Federal Reserve to four accounts at Rizal Commercial Banking Corp on Feb. 5, and the money was then moved through various casinos. The notorious case has exposed major gaps in Philippine laws related to money laundering.  ...
