India tweaks dumping duties on Chinese dye chemical

The Revenue Department specified a new duty rate of $99-$477 per tonne on 4,4'-Diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid, or Dasda, imports. The existing rate is $270-$460 per tonne. The Dyestuffs Manufacturers Association of India had requested a review of the duties in 2015, saying that market circumstances no longer warranted them, but the directorate concluded that dumping and injury could intensify if the duties were completely eliminated. ...
