Ahlsell’s acquisition of Sanistål to be reviewed in Denmark, watchdog says

The national authority said today that it would assess whether the transaction would significantly hamper competition. With both companies active in the same markets, the authority expects the transaction to require further investigation. Ahlsell provides installation products and tools to industrial and power companies and the public sector in the Nordic region.
