But 10 months and a guilty verdict later for discriminatory practices involving the sale of flights to the Middle East, the strategy appears to have backfired, raising questions over the attractiveness of this integrity pact as a settlement option for other companies.It was September last year, already several months into the pandemic, when Indonesia’s state-controlled flag carrier was charged with anticompetitive behavior in Jakarta, yet again....
