Eurostar bailout must come with conditions to spur competition, say challengers

Nick Brooks, the association's secretary general, said Eurostar recently sent trains to the scrap yard: "If governments bail out Eurostar, this must be tied to it making second hand rolling stock available to all privately owned new entrant operators at fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms.”The press release is attached....
