Telecom study published by India's competition regulator warns of untenable pricing pressure

The regulator warned that the sector had been in the throes of an aggressive price war since Reliance Jio entered the market in 2016, when the cost of data dropped by about 85 percent, and said that the current financial strain was untenable.
