Two individuals sentenced to prison for bid-rigging public transport projects in California, US DOJ says

Choon Foo “Keith” Yong, a former Caltrans contract manager, was sentenced to 49 months’ imprisonment, while William D. Opp, a former contractor, was sentenced to 45 months’ imprisonment. Both were ordered to pay restitution.
