US judge rejects rapper Michel's effort to exclude all 1MDB evidence at trial

One of the three undisclosed lobbying conspiracies Michel is accused of participating in concerns the fund, and the existence of a corruption probe of 1MDB "goes squarely to the manner of that conspiracy, the conspiracy’s ends, and Michel’s motive in accepting money ... and putting that money towards overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy," the order said.See document below....
