Spanish individual pays GDPR fine for illegal video surveillance

The Spanish data-protection authority said this person had illegally processed data via a surveillance camera that was directed toward public space, not toward private property. The regulator initially imposed a fine of 2,000 euros, but the individual benefited from the standard reduction for making a voluntary payment.The decision is attached in Spanish....
