Provisional tariffs on Chinese BEVs are ‘unlawful’, will affect investment in EU, China trade lobbies say

The groups hope the Chinese government and the EU find a middle ground deal "somewhere between zero to 20 percent" of the average duties proposed.The EU’s provisional tariffs on the imports of Chinese electric vehicles are based on “many unlawful findings” and will affect the future investments of Chinese companies in the bloc’s territory, Chinese trade associations have said today....
