Data breach plaintiffs ordered to let Anthem inspect their computers

( October 31, 2016, 23:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins has ordered plaintiffs suing Anthem over a 2015 data breach to turn over their computers for inspection to determine whether malware, viruses, or other electronic indicators show their computers were compromised before the Anthem breach. "The Court finds that Anthem’s narrowed proposal seeks relevant information and is proportional to the needs of the case," Cousins said.See document below....
