Plaintiffs seek summary judgment in antitrust case over allergy treatment

Lamberth to grant a summary judgment against Allergy and Asthma Network/Mothers of Asthmatics and Tonya Winders in a case accusing them of conspiring to restrict competition in the provision of allergy testing and allergen immunotherapy. They argue that they have provided sufficient evidence to establish all the elements of their Sherman Act claims and the defendants have failed to provide any that their actions were justified.See document below....
