APDC Statement: Comments on the French competition authority's draft guidance on settlements

( December 19, 2011, 13:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: French competition lawyers association, APDC, has highlighted shortcoming in a draft guidance paper by the national antitrust regulator on its settlement procedure. According to the association, the conditions set out in the draft at times go beyond the requirements of the law. For instance, it is taking issue with a requirement for firms to actively 'cooperate' with the regulator.
