US prosecutors file updated indictment against alleged Capital One hacker Thompson

Thompson, who is accused of eight criminal counts of violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, as well as identity theft and other criminal counts in allegedly breaking into the files of Capital One Financial Corp. Thompson is also accused of hacking into a university, a state agency outside Washington state, and other targets.See attached indictment....
