Spanish real-estate firm pays GDPR fine over information obligation

( March 27, 2023, 16:39 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Fincas Martin 2, a Spanish real-estate firm, has paid a fine of 3,000 euros imposed by the national data protection authority for violating the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. The watchdog said it found that a website controlled by the company lacked a privacy policy, contrary to Article 13 of the GDPR. The initial fine amounted to 5,000 euros, but was reduced after Fincas Martin 2 made a voluntary payment.The decision is attached in Spanish....
