Eagle Rock, Regency say they've complied with FTC information request

( April 30, 2014, 21:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: NYSE-listed natural gas-pipeline operator Regency Energy Partners and Nasdaq-listed Eagle Rock Energy Partners said Wednesday they've complied with the US Federal Trade Commission's request for additional information regarding Regency's $1.3 billion planned purchase of Eagle Rock's midstream business. The companies said they've agreed not to close the transaction before June 30 if the agency is still conducting its antitrust review of the deal.Statement follows in full....
