CJ Korea Express, Echoroba's subcontracting practices prompt prosecution request

The SME body used the country's “right to request” system, which is designed to prompt the antitrust watchdog to file a complaint to prosecutors even if it has already completed an investigation. CJ stands accused of not issuing written contracts to subcontractors and unfairly canceling contracts.
