IBA submits comments on Argentine antitrust bill

( October 14, 2016, 22:21 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The International Bar Association has released comments on proposed changes in Argentina's antitrust law. The IBA made several suggestions in the name of enhancing transparency and legal certainty of the Argentine antitrust program, including enhance predictability and transparency of the proposed sanctioning provisions, in particular by basing fines on revenues associated with the infringing conduct, providing additional guidance on the evidence required to obtain immunity, and automatically extending the benefit of immunity to individuals employed by corporate immunity applicants.See IBA comments below....
