Lufthansa wins conditional EU approval for ITA Airways stake purchase

Approval is conditioned on a package of concessions on short-haul and long-haul routes as well as at Milan Linate airport, where takeoff and landing slots will be transferred to the remedy takers for short-haul routes, the EU executive said.Statement follows....
