CADE discloses three deals awaiting fast-track review

( July 20, 2015, 16:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Globo Comunicação e Participações, a holding company held by media group Grupo Globo, has notified the Brazilian competition authority of its plan to acquire holding company Proimasa Holding under the fast-track process. Separately, oil and gas company HRT O&G Exploração e Produção de Petróleo is seeking fast-track regulatory approval to acquire state-controlled Petróleo Brasileiro's 20 percent stake in oil fields Campos de Bijupirá e Salema. Airline company Delta Air Lines has also notified CADE of its plan to acquire a minority stake in Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes for fast-track consideration.OJ statements follow in full....
