CADE discloses ink, insurance, real estate, gas transport, sanitation and gas and oil deals await fast-track review

( October 11, 2016, 22:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Brazilian competition watchdog has disclosed six deals awaiting fast-track review. Broad Street Principal Investments Holdings intends to buy a 50 percent stake in ink producer ColourOz TopCO.  AIG Seguros Brasil plans to transfer its car insurance portfolio to Porto Seguro Companhia de Seguros Gerais. Mansilla Participações and Cosan plan a corporate restructuring involving two companies held by Mansilla that operate in the real estate market: Radar Propriedades Agrícolas and Radar II Propriedades Agrícolas. Petróleo Brasileiro, or Petrobras, intends to sell a 90 percent stake in gas transportation company Nova Transportadora Sudeste to Brooksfield. Sanitation company Alpha Saneamento plans to transfer the control of Saneamento Ceará to Nova Opersan. Also, QGOG Partcipações, which has a 49 percent stake in Queiroz Galvão Óleo e Gás, intends to acquire the remaining 51 percent from the company.See OJ statements below (in Portuguese)....
