UK joins CPTPP in country’s biggest trade deal since Brexit

Under the agreement, which is the UK's biggest trade agreement since Brexit, 99 percent of the UK's exports will be eligible for zero tariffs, including for key products such as cheese, chocolate and liquor, the government said. British companies will now benefit from “unparalleled access to markets from Europe to the south Pacific”, Rishi Sunak said.
