The Committee on Standards in Public Life, which advises the UK Prime Minister on upholding ethical standards of conduct, published a report today calling for the government to amend rules to enable government departments and the advisory board for new jobs for former ministers to issue a longer ban on lobbying of up to five years.Report attached....
