His wife, Dana Edelson, is the founder, controlling shareholder and chief executive officer of Quant, another company in the predictive healthcare analytics space, the university said.  "Quant is more likely to flourish without competition from Google," the university argues. "Plaintiff’s counsel thus has a personal and financial interest in shutting down Google’s research in the field."See motion below....
