Miller Milling is acquiring four US flour mills from Conagra and Horizon

( April 24, 2014, 22:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Miller Milling, the US subsidiary of Japanese Nisshin Flour Milling, announced Thursday that the company has entered into a purchase agreement with Cargill, Horizon Milling and ConAgra to acquire four flour mills in the US for $215 million. Those flour mills are Horizon's facility in Los Angeles and ConAgra's facilities in Oakland, California; Saginaw, Texas; and New Prague, Minnesota. Upon the completion of the transaction, Miller Milling becomes the fourth largest flour milling company in the US.See the attached statement....
