Google says third amended complaint in assistant privacy case still fails

Google said that plaintiffs have failed to allege facts showing that the circumstances of the alleged communications — such as the “participants in the conversations, the locations of the conversations, or examples of content from the conversations” — give rise to a reasonable expectation of privacy. See document below. ...
