In Raiders antitrust case, Oakland says DOJ statement should be nixed

The DOJ should be given "no special deference," and its arguments about damages are both premature and redundant, having already been made by the National Football League, the Raiders and the 31 other NFL teams named as defendants, Oakland said.See document below...
