In Raiders antitrust case, Oakland says DOJ statement should be nixed

( July 15, 2019, 23:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The City of Oakland said a federal court should disregard a statement filed by the Justice Department stating that the city shouldn't be able to recover antitrust damages for lost tax revenue in its lawsuit over the relocation to Las Vegas by the Oakland Raiders football team.
