Canadian solar products should be exempted from US safeguard measures, Washington lawmakers urge trade chief Tai

"Eliminating the safeguard tariff on Canadian solar modules and increasing the [tariff-rate quota] on solar cells would boost solar manufacturing jobs in Washington state.
