Intel, Cisco, others warn EU Commission about complexity of foreign-subsidies implementation

( March 29, 2023, 08:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Intel, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom and other multinationals have said in a letter to the European Commission that it will be "practically impossible" to implement the foreign subsidies regulation as it stands, citing the vast amount of information that has to be notified. A total of 21 companies, most of them European, said that this will cause the disruption of important acquisitions and reduce competitive bids in public tenders.See letter attached....
