Small, non-financial counterparties offered break from obligation to trade on EU exchanges

( July 12, 2019, 16:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Small and nonfinancial counterparties who have been exempted from obligations to use central clearing should not be obliged to trade on EU stock exchanges, the EU's securities market authority has said after a recent legal relaxation left a discrepancy in treatment.
