Federal Appeals Court partially strikes down FCC's net-neutrality rules

( January 15, 2014, 17:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit on Tuesday partially struck down the 2010 FCC rules that ensure content providers get equal access to the Internet.
