Google calls Arizona expert claims that it should disgorge 95 percent of ad revenue 'absurd'

Google said Levy's expert report is "facially absurd and prejudicial" and should not be presented during a trial starting in late October. "With little explanation, Dr. Levy opines that this [95 percent] figure is appropriate because of a document suggesting that at least 95 percent of Google's advertising revenue comes from ads with some level of geotargeting," the company said.See attached document....
