Safari cookie plaintiffs ask Third Circuit to revive privacy suit against Google

( February 5, 2014, 15:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Plaintiffs have filed their appeal brief, asking the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to revive a proposed class actoin lawsuit that alleges Google purposefully circumvented Safari’s privacy settings by writing code permitting Google to track users’ behavior on non-Google sites without the users’ consent.
