Oracle says Ninth Circuit need not revisit copyright case against Rimini Street

( February 14, 2018, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Oracle has filed an opposition to Rimini Street’s petition for a rehearing en banc regarding a permanent injunction barring Rimini from copying software to provide third-party maintenance for Oracle enterprise software. Oracle says that the only two courts of appeals that have held a contrary opinion did so in “under-reasoned per curiam opinions.”See document below....
