Illumina, Grail ask federal judge to deny FTC's motion to dismiss without prejudice the case against their deal

The defendants said they don't oppose the dismissal of the case with prejudice, meaning the FTC wouldn't be able to reinstate its request for a preliminary injunction to stop the deal at a later date.
