Ex-Bumble Bee CEO says witness subpoena ahead of criminal price-fixing trial should be allowed

( October 25, 2019, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Former Bumble Bee CEO Christopher Lischewski said his subpoena for notes and witness appearances by attorneys representing third-party witness Kenneth Worsham ahead of his criminal price-fixing trial, should be allowed. "Mr. Lischewski does not seek privileged material. Nor does he seek improper pre-trial production of impeachment material. Mr. Lischewski seeks only highly relevant and specific information that is critical to his defense," his attorneys said.
