South Korean antitrust agency's new case-handling rules prompt ABA critique

( February 15, 2018, 07:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The American Bar Association's Sections of Antitrust and International Law says the Korea Fair Trade Commission's amended rules are welcome, but that certain proposed revisions, particularly those related to the scope of cross examination, the ability to call rebuttal witnesses, and the use of written opinions from complainants, may not be sufficient to allow respondents to adequately defend themselves.The ABA's comments are attached....
