​Qualcomm sues Apple for breach of contract

( November 2, 2017, 19:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Qualcomm on Nov. 1 filed suit in California state court, alleging that Apple breached a “Master Software Agreement For Limited Use” enetred into by the two companies on Sept. 20, 2010. “Qualcomm has provided Apple with a limited license that grants restricted access to large portions of that Qualcomm software and source code because Apple said that it needed this access to customize the code for Apple’s own devices,” the complaint said. “… Apple has failed to comply with the restrictions on access and use that Qualcomm required in exchange for Apple’s unprecedented access to software and source code.”See documemt below....
