DOJ files sentencing memo for Randall Rahal, recommends 26 months in prison

( April 4, 2014, 22:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Department of Justice has filed its sentencing memorandum for Randall Lee Rahal. The DOJ recommends a sentence of 26 months in prison or, if the court is persuaded by Rahal's arguments for further leniency, no less than 24 months. The DOJ argues that Scott Salyer received 72 months and Rahal was his "trusted agent and confidant," and "Rahal orchestrated the entire commercial bribery scheme." "Rahal’s broad and deep involvement, and his close contact with Salyer, determines both his culpability and value as a cooperator," DOJ said.See document below....
