Futures should be considered for inclusion in US consolidated audit trail database, overseer says

Market participants will have their “hands full" through 2022 in developing the US Securities and Exchange Commission-sponsored project aimed at tracking market manipulation and identifying causes of volatility, said Michael Simon, head of the CAT NMS Plan Operating Committee.
