The NDRC first initiated gas pricing reforms in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces in 2011, and has adjusted the prices for domestic non-residential natural gas. At present, the price liberalization covers 40 percent of the total gas consumption volume nationwide, while the remaining 60 percent is still priced by the government, according to the report....
