Delhi high court says watchdog’s decision to probe Vodafone Group an 'abuse'

The CCI had rejected Vodafone Group’s plea to remove it as a party to the proceedings initiated by Reliance Jio, which claimed that the three incumbent telcos, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular, had failed to provide Rjio with adequate points of interconnection. The high court will hear the matter again on Apr. 23....
